LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

SO EsthēVa Wellness MedSpa respects the time of all our patients. To avoid delaying patients who are booked after your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, as a courtesy, we ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours prior to the beginning of your appointment, otherwise you will be charged a cancellation fee of $75.

CANCELLATION POLICY

When booking an appointment, we will securely keep a credit card on file for every client.

  1. For cancellations with more than a 24-hour notice, there will be no fee.

  2. For no shows, there will be a $75 non-refundable fee.

  3. For late arrivals of more than 15 minutes, we will consider a no show and there will be a $75 non-refundable fee.

  4. For cancellations with less than a 24-hour notice, we will evaluate the circumstances and decide then if there will be a $75 non-refundable fee.

  5. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays. Cancellations for Tuesday appointments should be made latest by the previous Friday prior to your appointment time on Tuesday. Again, we understand life circumstances arise and will be understanding in certain cases if this is not possible.

  6. On 4 and 5 above, your first $75 cancellation fee can be used for a service done within the next 30 days. Please remember that the allowance is only for your first cancellation.

Our policies are designed to benefit all of our patients and provide the best quality service experience for our patients. In order to schedule an appointment as a new patient, we require a $50 appointment deposit. The $50 deposit will be applied towards the cost of your treatment.
