Membership Terms and Conditions

• Your membership starts the day you sign up and you can start using your savings right away!
• Memberships are non-transferable between patients and can only be used at SO EsthēVa Wellness MedSpa.
• The monthly fee you will be charged is $149 on the same day of every month.
• Memberships have a 12 month minimum term and they automatically renew.
• Once the initial 12 month period passes memberships become month to month.
• To cancel a membership after the initial 12 months you must provide a 30 day written notice of cancellation to so.estheva@gmail.com.
• Discounts do not apply to modeling/training days if those opportunities arise.
• Membership payments are non-refundable.
• As a member you agree to follow SO EsthēVa Wellness MedSpa's policies.
• Appointment, provider, and service availability are not guaranteed.
• Membership fees have to be paid by a credit card and cannot be paid using a gift certificate or any rewards points.
• If a membership fee is returned, the balance must be paid before services and discounts can be used again.
